IJIC Project Process

1. Application:
Participants need to fill in ¡° IJIC -Internship Application Form ¡± and send it to Link Resource International Exchange Centre(LR-IEC).

2. Sign Project agreement and pay for the initial fee
The participant need to sign the IJIC Project Agreement with LR-IEC and pay 500RMB as an initial fee.

3. Confirm the internship job:
-- According to the participant's demand and his/her profile, search the suitable internship position.
Confirm the internship with the participant.
If the participant doesn't accept IJIC's internship position, we'll recommend another position or return 500RMB pre-payment.
For each participant, LR-IEC will provide 3-5 times opportunity for selection.

-- LR-IEC will arrange interview between company and the participant.

--LR-IEC will assist the participant sign the working/internship contract with company.

4. Visa application and pay for the fee
--After the participant sign the working/internship contract, they need pay the service fee to LR-IEC.

--LR-IEC will assist the participant apply for the visa.

5. Setup a file for each participant and arrange working/internship registration

6. Select extend service
If the participant need more extend service(e.g. training or pick up service). Select service1,2,3 for different service offered.

Service 1: Including Pick up service, apartment, working permission, resident permission, visa extension, working/internship registration, training, working/internship tracing service.

Service 2: Working/internship registration.

Service 3: Including Pick up service, apartment information, working permission, resident permission, visa extension, working/internship registration, working/internship tracing service.

7. Training £º
If the particaipant select service 1:Before the internship, we will provide the training for each participant. This training will continue 1-2 weeks. The training contents include:
--Language Training
--Chinese culture introduction
--Related company introduction including (company's organization instruction, culture,
  product, etc.)
--Related fields of Chinese market analysis
--Visit the industry district
The training fee is €185 (or 1850 RMB) for each participant.

8. Internship in the company

9. Organize discussion every two weeks
During the internship, help the participants deeply understand company's culture and involve the team as soon as possible.

10. Instruct the report of the internship
At the end of the internship, instruct the participant to write a report of the internship
