· What is LR-IEC?

LR-IEC is International Exchange Center of Link Resource.
 
Link Resource Consulting Co., Ltd. was founded in March 2004. Link Resource is a professional legal HR service agency approved by Beijing Personnel Bureau, and is a member of Beijing Talents Exchange Association, one of the training companies appointed by Beijing talents market management office. Its experienced consultants can provide quality Executive Search services and flexible recruitment services for MNC and numerous prominent Chinese enterprises.
 
In August 2006, a new department had been set up in Link Resource group; it called as International Exchange Center (IEC). IEC is devoting itself on setting up a platform for foreigners and Chinese enterprises. Developed with Chinese economic, more and more Chinese enterprises put their eyes on international market. They expect contact abroad market directly through foreign employees. At the same time, for the passion foreigners, this is also a perfect opportunity to know well China who has huge potential developing space. IEC provide an integrate service to opportunity-challenger.
 
 

· How many people worked for LR-IEC?

LR-IEC has 3 Chinese staff and 5 part time employees come from different countries, such as American, France, German, Korea and Japan.
 
 

· What kind of people has taken part in LR-IEC's program?

All the participants must be over 18 years old.

We have 3 kinds of applicants:
  • First group: the foreign students, at present they are studying in China.
  • Second group is the foreign student too, and now they are studying in their home country, but would like to working in China in the short future.
  • The last group is the professional group; the members are foreigners with rich working experience.
So far, many young people have taken LR-IEC’s program, they are come from different countries, such as America, Australia, Arab countries, Brazil, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Israel, Japan, Korea, Norway, Philippine, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, Thailand, Vietnam, etc.
